Capsi Sauce

Capsicum is a good source of vitamin A and C. Green capsicum has less sugar than red capsicum. We can try to feed our kids chemical free healthy sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 big size capsicum
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp green peas
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a Capsicum burn with low flame. After cooling peal off the skin and keep aside.

  • Take a pan add little oil, chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, green peas, salt and coriander leaves. Stir fry all ingredients. Add smoked capsicum and saute.

  • Make a paste with all ingredients. Then add olive oil and lemon juice. Now the sauce is ready to serve.

  • It can spread on bread toast or with tikki. There are many more recipes to serve with sauce. Can be kept in fridge for 2 - 3 days. I prefer to consume fresh.
