Ingredients
  

  • Boiled Pasta – 2 Cups add some salt and oil while boiling
  • Spinach – ½ Cup
  • Capsicum – 1 Sliced
  • Onion – 1 Chopped
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder – to taste
  • Green Chillies – 2 Slit
  • Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Lemon/Lime Juice – 2 tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1 tsp + 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add spinach. Saute till its cooked. Blend it into smooth mixture and add lemon/lime juice into it.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onions and sauté it for 1-2 mins. Add sliced capsicum and again sauté till both are done.
  • Now add spinach mixture, oregano, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt. Mix well and cook it for 1-2 mins. Add boiled pasta, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
  • Tip : If you want to add garlic so you have to sauté it with spinach.
