Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Whole Wheat Pasta Ready Made
  • Red Pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili powder or Chili Flakes
  • 150 gms Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Salt Black Pepper - As per taste
  • Vegetables sliced onions, capsicum, corns - 1/2 cup each

Spinach Pasta Recipe Ingredients

  • 200 gm Boiled Pasta
  • 200 gm Spinach
  • ¼ cup Processed Cheese
  • 5-6 piece Garlic pods
  • ¼ cup Almonds Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Pasta Noodle Masala quantity will vary as per taste
  • 1 cup Vegetables roughly chopped, optional
  • Black Pepper to taste

Penne Pasta in Pumpkin Sauce Ingredients

  • 250 gm Cooked Penne Pasta
  • 250 gm Pumpkin Puree canned or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed garlic
  • Sliced capsicum -
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cream Malai
  • 1/4 cup Cheese optional
  • Salt Black pepper, Red chili flakes - As per taste
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion

Instructions
 

  • Use ready made pasta or make homemade pasta using Kent Noodle and Pasta maker. Boil water with 1 tsp salt and oil. Boil pasta for 3-5 min till semi cooked. Drain pasta and wash with cold water. Apply little oil to avoid sticking pasta together. Allow it to cool down.
  • Red Sauce - Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai or pan, saute crushed garlic, add red chili powder, tomato puree, salt, black pepper. Cook on medium flame for 5-10 min till red sauce thickens up. Add 1 tsp tomato
  • In separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil and sauté all vegetables along with little salt. Do not over cook the vegetables. Maintain the crispness.
  • Once the red sauce is ready, add boiled pasta along with vegetables. Cook for 2-3 min. Garnish with grated cheese and and serve immediately.
  • In a mixer grinder jar, add fresh spinach leaves, cheese, garlic pods, nuts, oil, salt, black pepper and 1 tsp of Nilon Pasta Noodle Masala. Blend in all the ingredients into a fine smooth paste. Add little more oil, if required.
  • In a pan, heat little oil and sauté all the vegetables. Add in boiled pasta, freshly prepared spinach sauce, some pasta water to get little gravy and 1 tsp of Nilon’s Pasta Noodle Masala. Toss the pasta for few min.
  • In a mixer grinder jar, add fresh spinach leaves, cheese, garlic pods, nuts, oil, salt, black pepper and 1 tsp of Nilon Pasta Noodle Masala. Blend in all the ingredients into a fine smooth paste. Add little more oil, if required.
