About Canapes Pizza Cups

Canapes Pizza Cups - Tomato Paste spread on Baked Canapes cups and topped with thinly sliced onion, capsicum, tomato pieces, sweet corn and finally covered with Mozzarella cheese. These cups are then kept in microwave for a minute.
They almost taste like a ice-cream cone but the biggest attraction is the size. Due to this the cooking time for the pizza is also just 1 minute. Perfect as a starter for any kids party or evening snack.

I love to cook the most authentic way. Most of my recipes are cooked either in claypot or kalchatti / soapstone. They are extremely beneficial as they retain the nutrients. Before cooking a recipe in these vessels I do in-depth research and make sure it is doable in any modular kitchen.
