Pizza rolls are a yummy delight for all age groups. They are simple to make and delicious. Pizza dough is rolled up into a log, spread with cheese and stuffing, cut into approximately 1 inch pieces and baked. They are a great party pleaser as well. Serve this easy to handle pizza rolls with sauce or as it is!
- Do not spread too much of filling as it may ooze out while baking
- Oven temperature depends from one oven to another, hence adjust accordingly.
- Leave an inch space at all the sides when spreading the sauce, veggies and cheese, so that it does not ooze out when rolling.
- Optionally you can spread chilli flakes before slicing for that extra spiciness
