Traditional Christmas Fruit Cake: No Christmas feast is complete without the traditional Christmas Fruit cake which involves months and months of preparation. One slice – JUST ONE SLICE of this sinful and traditional cake will bring back the memories of your Childhood Christmas Carol and Santa. This cake should have liquor. Don’t worry you will not fell dizzy with one slice but would definitely appreciate the taste of liquor soaked fruits cake – says Amrita.

Chocolate Oreo Tart: Who doesn’t love Oreo and an Oreo Dessert which is very easy to make and gets ready in 20 mins is a treat for little munchkins and of course adults who are younger than the munchkins when it comes to have a sweet tooth. “Crispy Oreo Crust is complimented with soft White chocolate Ganache is a treat for all” – Says Dhara.

Ginger Bread: Christmas without Ginger bread…A BIG NO! This is a must in your recipe list for today. No Sugar Christmas Cake: Who says cake cannot be made without sugar. This Cake is the best example for all. All it contains is fruits and one of the best fruits for winters that is guava is used to make this cake. Freshly picked from her own garden Geeta Biswas makes this fruity cake without any sugar.
Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti: Biscotti or cantuccini’ are the authentic italian biscuits which are baked twice and hence crunchy. Usually offered during drinks these are dunked in it and then consumed but “the best part of biscotti is they can last for a long period so bake them this Christmas and enjoy till they last” says Sasmita.

Pistachio Cake: An Iranian delicacy as pistachio nuts are enjoyed a lot in Middle East countries. “From everyday fare to wedding and funeral this cake is served. It is a tradition to have pistachio cake on every occasion” – says Amrita.

Genoa Cake: This famous cake came from the city of Genoa in Italy. It is fruity and nutty cake as is filled with lot of preserved fruits and the best ones comes from France and Italy. When the slices from the cake is cut the fruits look like jewels – says Amrita.
