This recipe is an excellent example of fusionised foods and fancy makeovers to our Desi food called chapati.
A makeover to the leftover ,..with power packed nutrition...can be had at any time of the day and very filling
It's a complete meal by itself.

Ingredients
- Left over chapatis-as many
- Soya chunks -1 cup soaked in water and ground to mince
- Salt and oregano as per taste
- Tomato ketchup or tomorrow puree-1/4 cup
- Onion-chopped 2 tblspn
- Garlic-chopped 1 tspn
- Cheese blend cream,cheese or hung curd-2 tblspn
- Sweet corn-3 tblspn
- Cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions
- Take the left over chapatis push them in a katori or bowl and bake for 10 mnts atb180 so that they turn crisp
- While the katoris are being baked saute some onion and garlic in pan and add soya mince to it and cook for a while add the seasoning
- Well after 10 mnts the katoris are baked .Take them out and see that it holds it's shape
- Once you are sure of shape line the chapati katoris with pizza sauce and fill them with prepared filling.
- After you fill the katoris with the prepared soya mince filling top it with some cheese
- Now keep all of them for baking for another 10 mnts or till the cheese melts. I baked it at 180
