Ingredients
- cup Pizza Cup Ingredients - pizza ingredients
- 1/4 cup Refined flour
- cup Whole Wheat Flour â¾
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter or ghee pure ghee or
- to Cold Water or dough ice make tight dough
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Toppings for the
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 2 to Tomato diced finely
- 2 red chili powder capsicum chopped finely simla
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 cube Amul Cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric

Instructions
- In a thick bottom pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil and add the chopped vegetables. Cook on slow flame with the lid for 5-10 minutes till they become soft. Add the salt, chilli, oregano, haldi, ketchup.
- Pizza cups method -Add ghee to the two flours and make it like bread crumbs. Add salt and add ice cold water little by little to make a tight dough. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Apply oil with brush all over.After 30 minutes make small rounds and put in cupcake or tart moulds. Cut off the excess dough.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the tarts/ cupcakes for about 15 minutes with both oven rods on, till the cupcakes turn golden brown and look cooked.
- Put the topping in the pizza cups and sprinkle grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes till the cheese melts.
Recipe Notes
Put in stuffings of your choice or whatever your kids like…be it mushrooms, paneer, olives, chicken etc.
