Kids love pizzas and it always brothers mum's to allow them to eat outside junk for a myriad of reasons..be it hygiene, health and quality. Making the same at home helps us to control all these parameters.Kids end up eating their favorite and mum's happy too.

Ingredients
  

  • Pizza Cup ingredients -
  • ¼ cup maida
  • ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon pure ghee or melted butter
  • Ice cold water to make a tight dough
  • Salt
  • For the toppings-
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 to matoes diced finely
  • 2 Simla mirch capsicum chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 Amul cube cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In a thick bottom pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil and add the chopped vegetables. Cook on slow flame with the lid for 5-10 minutes till they become soft. Add the salt, chilli, oregano, haldi, ketchup.
  • Pizza cups method -Add ghee to the two flours and make it like bread crumbs. Add salt and add ice cold water little by little to make a tight dough. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.
  • Apply oil with brush all over.After 30 minutes make small rounds and put in cupcake or tart moulds. Cut off the excess dough.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the tarts/ cupcakes for about 15 minutes with both oven rods on, till the cupcakes turn golden brown and look cooked.
  • Put the topping in the pizza cups and sprinkle grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes till the cheese melts.

Notes

Put in stuffings of your choice or whatever your kids like…be it mushrooms, paneer, olives, chicken   etc.
