About Beginners Recipe- Okra Fry
Okra Fry is also known as ladies finger fry. It is a healthy stir fry in Indian cuisine which is delicious and served with roti and rice.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Okra
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
Cleaning and Chopping
- Wash and dry the Ladies'Finger
- Chop The Ladies' Finger(Size optional)
Preparation
- Take a pan Add the chopped Ladies' Finger
- Add Three Tablespoons of Oil
- Add One and a Half Teaspoons of Salt
- Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
Cooking
- Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame. Then Keep the pan
- Cook until it is perfectly dry In the end, add curry leaves powder (If available) or add chutney powder which adds great flavour and switch off the stove.
- Okra Fry is Ready

While Chopping Ladies Finger. To Reduce Stickiness:
- Apply a Few Drops of oil to the knife and then cut the ladies' finger to reduce stickiness
- Keep Stirring during regular intervals
