Ingredients
 

  • 50 gm Barley
  • 1/4 cup Dry fruits
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Milk powder
  • Coconut sugar for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Barley soaked before ten minutes, then boil the milk. Add soaked barely, stir continuously after reducing the milk add dry fruits and sugar.

  • Pour into the serving bowl. After reducing the temperature garnish with coconut sugar. This is a healthy dessert and good for kids. Also can be serve in any occasion.
