Barley Kheer
Ingredients
- 50 gm Barley
- 1/4 cup Dry fruits
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Milk powder
- Coconut sugar for garnishing

Instructions
- Barley soaked before ten minutes, then boil the milk. Add soaked barely, stir continuously after reducing the milk add dry fruits and sugar.
- Pour into the serving bowl. After reducing the temperature garnish with coconut sugar. This is a healthy dessert and good for kids. Also can be serve in any occasion.
