Rice Kheer

Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- 75 grams Sugar
- 15 gms raisins
- 20 grams blanched almond
- 10 grams roasted cashew nuts
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 15 strends of kesar
Instructions
- wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes. boil milk add the rice and stir until rice is quite tender
- add sugar raisins cardamom powder Almonds and cashewnuts, soaked kesar and let all mix well with milk
- serve hot or chilled
