  • 2 tsp Rice
  • 2 tsp Barley
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 kg Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut fresh
  • Nuts crushed
  • 1 tsp Cardamom green one


  • When milk comes to boiling point then add rice and barley. Have to stir continuous milk should not stick bottom.
  • Milk will reduce 1/4 then add coconut, sugar, crushed nut and at last cardamom powder

  • After lunch or dinner we offer this dessert.
