Valentine's Day Protein-rich Heart Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled Rajma
- 1/2 cup Boiled kabuli Chole
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered oats
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green coriander leaves
- 1-2 tbsp roasted and roughly crushed peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic chilli paste
- Oil To shallow fry

Instructions
- Lightly mash the rajma and Chole. Mix up all the ingredients. Adjust seasoning as per taste. Shape into cutlets using a cookie cutter or cutlet mould.
- Shallow fry in a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides. Serve Hot with spicy mint chutney.
Notes
1. One can add boiled vegetables too like peas, Carrots etc.
2. I always lightly roast instant oats and powder and keep to add in a jiffy.
