Baati Chokha in Clay Oven

Baati Chokha in Clay Oven - Plattershare - Recipes, food stories and food lovers
Baati chokha litti or baati along with chokha originated from Indian State of Bihar and part of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. This recipe is a full meal.
Main attraction is baati. How can we make the baati. In rural areas villagers normally bake with cow dung in open fire. But in urban areas it is not possible. I tried to give a muddy flavour.
