InstructionsÂ
- Make a dough with adding wheat flour, gram flour, oil and salt. Keep separate for 20 minutes.
- Take a pan heat oil add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for a few seconds add mixed millet again saute.
- Add mango pickle and grated coconut. Pickle is enough salty so I have not added any extra salt. If you want more you can add. Mix all together now it is ready to fill.
- Take handful dough and fill with this cooked mixed millet. Steam all these baati for 15 minutes.
- After then take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add carom seeds and hing. Saute all baati then serve with chutney and chokha. I made the chokha with semi boiled potato.
