- Drumsticks - 1 bowl chopped
- Tomato - 1
- Onion -1
- Green chilli - 2
- Curry leaves -2 springs
- Red chilli - 2+1
- Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida - 1/4 spoon
- Mustard - 1/4 spoon
- Oil - 3 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Jaggery - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
- Grated coconut -1 cup
- Few Coriander leaves

- Cook chopped drumstick pieces with water and salt.
- Preparing masala - Heat a pan ,add 1 tbsp cooking oil or coconut oil & poppy seeds and little fry
- Now add 1 tbsp spoon coriander seeds,2 red chilly (byadagi chilli) & green chilly and little fry.
- Add chopped onion and fry .Add turmeric powder and one cup grated coconut and little fry them.Finally add coriander leaves and mix nicely.
- Take mixi jar and add frying masala and water.Make fine paste and keep aside.
- Heat a pan add 1 spoon oil & mustard , asafoetida,and curry leaves and prepare tampering.
- Add chopped onions amd fry
- Add choppes tomatoes and fry them and add ,frying pan to boild drumstick pot.
- Add the fried masala to cooked drumsticks.
- Also addd grinded masala and little salt , jaggery and curry leaves.
- Cook them well.
- Once it is ready serve it with rice or roti or dosa or chapathi.
