Ingredients
- 250 gm Pumpkin
- gm Bengal Gram Par Boiled One Cup (bengal par boiled one)
- Whole Red Chilli (punch phoran masala)
- Turmeric Powder (coriander powder one tsp)
- 1-2 Sugar (salt to taste, mango powder little)

Instructions
- Pumpkin cut into pieces. Add oil in a heated frying pan.
- Add whole red chilli, panch phoran which spice is famous in Bengal. Mixture of saunp, mustered seeds, fenugreek, onion seeds coriander
- Add pumpkin pieces, par boiled Bengal gram, coriander powder,red chilli flex,turmeric powder,pinch of sugar salt to taste.
- When it will cook add roasted punch phoran masala powder mango powder.
- Now it is ready garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
