This is a soulful and comfort food of the Assamese and a must dish in a Thali. It is a chutney/condiment/accompaniment prepared with mashed potato. It is a very simple, easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 potato
- 3 Green Chili Add as per your taste
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 handful Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- Water to cook the potato

- Peel the potatoes, roughly chop them and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or you can normally cook them in a pot.

- Take out the potatoes and mash them smoothly and add them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and mustard oil. Season with salt .
- Mix well all the ingredients well and serve it with meal.
