Aloo Murgh/ Chicken With Potato

Ingredients
- 300 gm Chicken
- 3 potatoes peeled and cut into big chunks
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup curd
- Salt to taste
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 Dry red chili
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Meat masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chili powder
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken with curd and salt while you make the other ingredients ready.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, dry red chillies ,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins. Add tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
- Add the Masala powders and cook for a min. Add the Chicken and potatoes, stir well and cook on high heat till the water released by chicken evaporate.
- Stir occasionally and cook to prevent burning.
- Add water as required and cook further till the chicken is completely cooked and the gravy thickens.
- Add the greens peas and cook for couple of mins. Take off the heat when the gravy comes to a required consistency.
