  • Clean and chopped the mangoes and all ingridents together in a (except ingridents for topping) blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with grated coconut, bournvita, tutti frutti and rice balls.Serve immediately!

  • For an extra creamy and chilled lassi, use frozen mango cubes instead of fresh, or add a few ice cubes while blending; this also thickens the drink without diluting the flavor.
  • If you prefer a vegan version, substitute the yogurt with coconut yogurt and condensed milk with coconut condensed milk; this will add a subtle tropical undertone that pairs beautifully with mango.
  • To achieve a café-style presentation, pour the lassi into tall glasses, swirl in a small spoonful of condensed milk or mango purée on top, and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and a pinch of Bournvita for a chocolatey twist.
