Ingredients
- 4 no Plums or fig fig
- 1 bowl whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Corn Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 bowl Oil
- 2 tsp Suji
- 1 bowl Rose Petals or sauce for sauce
- 1 bowl Rose Berry-1 Bowl rose berry
- 1/2 bowl Sugar
- 1 bowl Water â

Instructions
- First of all takes wheat flour, suji and corn flour mix all together and add yeast make a thick paste with the help of water. Add pinch of salt. Put it for 1 hrs for fermentation.
- After 1 hrs take fig/plums dip in this paste and fried it properly .for this t sugar of fig caramelize.
- Now take a pan add 1 glass water, rose petals and boiled it after that add rose berry and sugar make thick sauce. Now serve fried fig with Rose berry sauce garnish with rose petals.
