Indian chestnut bread
Chestnut is low calorie and high in vitamin C. They have tiny husk and dark brown shell both must be removed before eating. They can eat raw, roasted or boiled. I made soft bread with raw chestnut which are tender and slightly different sweeten.

Ingredients
- 150 gm raw chestnut
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp raisin
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of crushed black pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- Pinch of crushed cardamom
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, raw chestnut paste, ripe banana, grated coconut, raisin, melon seeds, coconut sugar, cinnamon powder, crushed cardamom and pinch of salt.
- Mix all ingredients make a thick consistency. Then shallow fry and serve. Children and adults every one will love this healthy recipe.
