Indian chestnut breadChestnut is low calorie and high in vitamin C. They have tiny husk and dark brown shell both must be removed before eating. They can eat raw, roasted or boiled. I made soft bread with raw chestnut which are tender and slightly different sweeten.

Ingredients
- 150 gm Chestnut raw
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Banana ripe
- 1 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Raisin
- 1 tbsp Melon Seeds
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper of crushed
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Pinch Cardamom of crushed
- 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, raw chestnut paste, ripe banana, grated coconut, raisin, melon seeds, coconut sugar, cinnamon powder, crushed cardamom and pinch of salt.
- Mix all ingredients make a thick consistency. Then shallow fry and serve. Children and adults every one will love this healthy recipe.
