Chestnut shell is very difficult to remove. Chestnut reduce cholesterol levels and control blood sugar levels. It is seasonal vegetable and consuming fresh chestnut is good for health. Chestnut flour is always available so we can consume for fasting recipes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chestnut Flour
- 1 cup Cow Milk
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee (homemade)
- 2 tbsp Fruits (dry)
- 2 tbsp powdered Jaggery
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- a A Few Crystal Of Thread Misri (crystal thread misri)

Instructions
- Roast the flour with ghee. Roast the flour evenly then roasted aroma will come out.
- Then add dry fruits, jaggery and cardamom powder. Stir continuously to mix all ingredients.
- Add coconut cream and milk to cook the flour evenly. When cooked the halwa will not stick to the pan.
- Now it is ready to serve, garnish with more ghee and dry fruits.
