Mixed veg paratha There are different types of parathas. Sometimes we can change the design and ingredients of making paratha. Here is a sample I made this paratha in rectangular shape and filled with mixed vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ cup Bathua Paste
  • 1 bowl Vegetable chopped mix
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Make a smooth dough with adding whole wheat flour, bathua paste and water as requested. Then keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute for a minute.

  • Add chopped mixed vegetables saute for 5 minutes. Then add salt, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder.

  • Again cook for a few minutes, then add fresh chopped coriander leaves

  • Now divide the dough in equal parts and spread with rolling pin. Put the filling in center and four sides as shown in picture.

  • Now shallow fry the paratha either with ghee or oil. It is full meal not required any other combination
