Mixed veg paratha
There are different types of parathas. Sometimes we can change the design and ingredients of making paratha. Here is a sample I made this paratha in rectangular shape and filled with mixed vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup bathua paste
- 1 bowl chopped mix vegetable
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Make a smooth dough with adding whole wheat flour, bathua paste and water as requested. Then keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute for a minute.
- Add chopped mixed vegetables saute for 5 minutes. Then add salt, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder.
- Again cook for a few minutes, then add fresh chopped coriander leaves
- Now divide the dough in equal parts and spread with rolling pin. Put the filling in center and four sides as shown in picture.
- Now shallow fry the paratha either with ghee or oil. It is full meal not required any other combination
