Ingredients
- 3 Pappads 3 cut them into small pieces pappads
- a Tamarind prepare the juice and keep it aside, or lemon รข big lemon size
- 4 spoons Sambhar Powder รข tea
- a Gooseberry or jagerry jagerry size
- Mustard Seeds 2 red chillies, fenu greek 1 tea spoon & thur dal, or seasoning for seasoning
- 3 spoons Gingelly Oil or hing tb and hing tea

Instructions
- Heat the pan with the 3 tb spoons of gingelly oil. Add the thingsย given for seasoning.ย
- When the fenugreek becomes brown add the pappad pieces. When they get fried add the 4 tea spoons of ย sambhar powder to the oilย and fry well.ย
- Then pour the tamrind juice into the pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and hing. Add the jagerry piece now. Allow them to boil well till becomes thick. Add curryleaves.
