Bathua which is in English called chenopodium. It has fibre and very much effective for constipation. Mostly it is cultivated in northern part of India and consume in north India. I got some organic fresh vegetable from @prasukorganics so here I am going to share Hara bhara kachori which is filled with green.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup bathua paste
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander paste
  • 1/2 cup mashed green peas
  • 1/2 mashed potatoes
  • 1 tbsp homemade garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Pinch of hing
  • Salt
  • Oi for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add flour and little oil mix together and see how you can make a lump without water. Now add bathua paste which is made by green chillies, garlic and salt.

  • Make a smooth dough and keep aside. Now make another dough with mashed green peas, mashed potatoes and fresh coriander paste.

  • Take a pan for tempering add oil, hing, cumin seeds. Add green peas dough, homemade garam masala and salt.

  • Now fill in bathua dough, spread the dough and deep fry. See the Hara bhara kachori having a green appearance.
