Tasty snacks with moong dal. Moong dal is light than other dal. It is veg recipe and easy to digest.

Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal paste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- Pinch of hing
- Oil for frying
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash and soak the moong dal for 6 hours. Then make a paste.
- Add chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, ginger paste and salt. Whip and make a fluffy batter
- Heat oil and make the pakoda. Serve with sauce or sprinkle with chat masala.
