Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Moong Dal or paste paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • Pinch asafoetida
  • Oil for frying
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the moong dal for 6 hours. Then make a paste.

  • Add chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, ginger paste and salt. Whip and make a fluffy batter

  • Heat oil and make the pakoda. Serve with sauce or sprinkle with chat masala.
