or paste paste

red chili powder
1
Cumin Powder
1
tsp
Coriander Powder

tsp
Ginger Paste
Pinch
asafoetida
Oil
for frying
1-2
tsp
Salt
or as per taste
Instructions
Wash and soak the moong dal for 6 hours. Then make a paste.
Add chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, ginger paste and salt. Whip and make a fluffy batter
Heat oil and make the pakoda. Serve with sauce or sprinkle with chat masala.
