Those who like egg they can make the recipe. This is easy and soft recipe which is good for tiffin. This is full meal can be served any time either breakfast or any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 can rice flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter with wheat flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • Chop onion, tomato, capsicum and green chillies. Beat the eggs.
  • Heat a pan, apply oil, pour the batter and spread. Cover with lid to cook properly. Then turn other side, spread chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, green chillies and salt. Grated cheese and apply beaten egg all over.
  • Flip over again apply beaten egg. Then fold, divide and serve.
