- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup sattu
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 2 tbsp mint chutney
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Oil or ghee for shallow fry
- Salt to taste

- Make a smooth dough with adding water then keep aside.
- Heat a pan put oil then add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt make it stir fry. Then add sattu stir continuously. Put off the flame add mint chutney and chopped coriander leaves.
- Now spread the wheat dough like chapati and fill with sattu dough. Again spread with light pressure. Make the paratha with little oil or ghee. Cut and see how inside is looking.
