Yield / Serves
Ingredients - For Frankie Dough- Maida - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Knead the dough and keep it in a container for 10 to 15 minutes in fridge.
For Filling Soya granules - 1 cup(boiled)Boil the granules in water for 10 to 15 minutes and then strain it with fresh water and keep aside.
Onion-1 medium sized(chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized (chopped)
Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup(crumbled
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Mango powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Take a wok add oil. Now add cumin seeds. Add onions and saute it till they get translucent. Now add tomatoes ,stir it till they get soft.
Add salt,chili powder,coriander powder and mango powder in it. Now take the granules and add them in the masala. Stir it for few minutes.
Now add crumbled paneer in it. Stir it till the masala gets little dry. Add tomato ketchup in the last and saute it. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
For Frankie- Take the dough, take a ball as we make roti. Make a roti by sprinkling little oil on the roti. Now when the roti is done,Take the granules and spread the thick mix in the roti.
Fold the frankie and serve with onions. Enjoy!!
