During monsoon we wish to have salty crispy recipe. One day I was seated in my veranda and enjoying the cats and dogs rainy day. Suddenly my daughter click me she was willing to taste papad. So I thought being a home chef I can give a new look with papad.

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add 2 tsp oil. Add chopped onion stir fry.
- Add chopped cabbage and chopped carrot. Stir continuously then add salt.
- Add red chilli flakes, oregano and mixed herbs sauteed and keep aside.
- Take a big bowl add 1 glass water. Dip all papad one by one into and take out immediately then spread on a plate.
- Now take a papad fill with mixed veggies and wrap with another papad. If need add another papad because fillings should not come out.
- Now add oil and fry stuffed papad.
- Serve hot and crispy stuffed Papad with sauce.
Notes
It should serve immediately other wise will become moist.
