  • Avacado - 1 small ripe
  • Dates - 6-8 depends on sweet you need
  • Pomogranate - 1-2tbspn
  • Low fat Milk - 50 ml to grind
  • Low fat milk - 120ml to mix
  • Honey - to taste

  • Keep all your ingredients ready
    Avacado Dates Pomo Smoothie - Plattershare - Recipes, food stories and food lovers
  • Add avacado, chopped dates, 50 ml milk and grind into smooth paste, take that smooth paste in a glass.. now add milk , honey to taste and mix well, atlast garnish with pomogranate and serve.
