S the dark chocolate and gluten free pumpkin seed flour is rich in protein , and combo of both two as a brownie is so soft , healthy, delicious brunch or a snack.. a must try recipe.. Saw a cake recipe with pumpkin seed flour from an international blog it was a plain cake I wanna add chocolate and somesome ingredients and made a twist..

Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin or flour seed flour
- 21/2 Cocopowder -21/2 Tbspn cocopowder tbspn
- 31/2 tbsp Dark Chocolate finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Arrowroot powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 5 tbsp Powdered Jaggery or brown, or sugar brown sugar or
- 2 tsp Oil flavourless tbspn
- 8 tbsp Coconut Milk fresh
- 1 tsp Essence vennila

Instructions
- Grind 11/4 cup of dry shell removed pumpkin seed to get 1cup flour. Pre heat oven at 180c. Grind half coconut to get enough milk. Melt chocolate using double boiler Now mix pumpkin seed flour, cocopowder, arrowroot powder, salt , baking soda in bowl.
- Now beat egg well add sugar ,oil, v.essensence, melted chocolate and coconut milk . Mix well then add dry ingredients slowly and mix well and form a even smooth mixture without lumps use hand mixer
- Take a 9" pan or brownie tray spray oil and dust it with flour and pour the smooth batter and bake in preheated oven for 35-40min or tooth pick comes out clean.
- You get such a soft yummy brownies serve with fresh fruits and Icecream or eat it simply.
Recipe Notes
When you grind pumpkin seed you might get some lumps..Break the lumps with hand or spoon.
Use fresh coconut to take milk.
I used two small eggs it will b perfect
