Ingredients
- 1 cup mango chopped, ripe
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- 1 ½ tablespoon sugar or honey
Instructions
- Wash the mangoes, cut into slices.
- Remove the peel and cut into small cubes.
- Place chopped mango and all the other ingredients in a nutriblend jar or juice mixer jar.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer it to a serving glass and serve topped with ice cubes if preferred.
