Ingredients
- 4 Onions (thinly sliced from)
- 6 Tomato (finely chopped from)
- 2 Green Chillies (slitted)
- 1 spoon red chili powder (tea full)
- 1 spoon Cumin Seeds (tea)
- 1-2 leaves Curry
- 1 spoon Coriander (seed powder tea)
- 1/4 spoon Turmeric Powder (tea)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 4 spoons Oil (table)

Instructions
- Heat a heavy bottomed or Non stick pan with oil. Make the cumin seeds to splutter and add the curry leaves. Now fry the onions till they turn out dull and light golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and stir. Now add all other powders and salt mentioned above and keep stirring patiently. Do not keep the flame to low.
- You can see tomatoes becoming mushy ,giving out water. Keep frying further. When everything binds together and stuff becomes dry you can watch the oil coming out from the stuff and the tomato fry comes rolling down without sticking to the bottom.
- Switch off the stove. Adding a small piece of jagerry while stirring enhances the taste.
