Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coffee (cold)
- 1/2 tsp Sweetener (optional choice)
- 1 pieces Banana (frozen broken into)
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder (cacao powder)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2-3 Dates (pitted)

Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in a ½ cup of water for 15-20 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it all up until smooth and creamy.
- Add the soaked chia seeds into the glass.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
Recipe Notes
- Top with a cocoa whip or whipped cream and chocolate chips.
