Yield / Serves
Avacado - 1 small ripe
Dates - 6-8 ( depends on sweet you need)
Pomogranate - 1-2tbspn
Low fat Milk - 50 ml (to grind)
Low fat milk - 120ml (to mix)
Honey - to taste
Keep all your ingredients ready
Add avacado, chopped dates, 50 ml milk and grind into smooth paste, take that smooth paste in a glass.. now add milk , honey to taste and mix well, atlast garnish with pomogranate and serve.
- Do not pack it for long hours.
- Use good ripe Avacado.
- Honey and dates can be altered according to your taste buds.
