Ingredients
- 1 Avacado - 1 Small Ripe avacado ripe
- 6 Dates depends on sweet you need
- 1 tbsp Pomogranate - 1-2Tbspn pomogranate
- 50 ml Milk to grind low fat
- 120 ml Milk to mix low fat
- to Honey taste

Instructions
- Keep all your ingredients ready
- Add avacado, chopped dates, 50 ml milk and grind into smooth paste, take that smooth paste in a glass.. now add milk , honey to taste and mix well, atlast garnish with pomogranate and serve.
Recipe Notes
- Do not pack it for long hours.
- Use good ripe Avacado.
- Honey and dates can be altered according to your taste buds.
