Instructions
- Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown and then add all the chopped vegetables.
- Add salt, ginger garlic paste and red chilly powder. Give it a mix and cook till the vegetables are cooked.
- Now add salt , pepper powder and mixed herbs to the mashed potatoes.
- Take small roundels of the potato mix and stuff with the beetroot mix.
- Reshape them as cutlets, dip them in egg whites and then in bread crumbs.Deep fry them.
