  • Cook the farfalle in well salted boiling water per instructions.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking; drain as much water as possible.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta and toss to combine. Place into the refrigerator and let flavors mingle for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and cook, uncovered, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until it softens slightly.
  • Add tomatoes, capsicum & broccoli and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until aromatic.

  • Add the refrigerated pasta mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper and toss. Sprinkle chopped onions. Serve Hot
