Ingredients for Veg Roll

  • 250 gms refine flour
  • Milk as required
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt as required
  • Grated veggies capsicum cucumber carrot c
  • Chilli sauce as required
  • Vinegar as required
  • Soya sauce as required
  • Mix herbs as required
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • Olive oil as required

How to cook Veg Roll

  1. Make a dough with refine flour baking powder pinch of salt and milk.
  2. Don't add water make a smooth dough and keep aside.
  3. Now make the filling. Add olive oil toss all the grated veggies.
  4. Add soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar mix herbs salt.
  5. Now spread dough like a chapati and bake.
  6. Brush with butter and fill with veggies and roll. Serve with onion and tomato sauce.
