Ingredients
- 2 large Banana thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp cashews chopped
- 2 tbsp Raisin
- 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Pinch Cardamom Powder

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, fry banana slices on low medium flame from both sides. Take out in a plate.
- Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins. Add grated coconut and sauté till they are light brown colour.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and switch off the flame.
- Arrange banana slices like this and spread the filling that we already made.
- Roll each banana slices. Banana Sweet Roll are ready to eat.
