Ingredients
  

  • 2 large banana thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon cashew nuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoon raisin
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder

  • Heat oil in a pan, fry banana slices on low medium flame from both sides. Take out in a plate.

  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins. Add grated coconut and sauté till they are light brown colour.
