Ingredients
 

  • 2 large Banana thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp cashews chopped
  • 2 tbsp Raisin
  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, fry banana slices on low medium flame from both sides. Take out in a plate.

  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins. Add grated coconut and sauté till they are light brown colour.

  • Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Arrange banana slices like this and spread the filling that we already made.
