  • 250 gm Flour refine
  • Milk as required
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Capsicum or veggies, or cucumber, or carrot grated veggies cucumber carrot c
  • Chilli Sauce as required
  • Vinegar as required
  • Soya Sauce as required
  • Herbs mix as required
  • Tomato Sauce as required
  • Olive Oil as required


  • Make a dough with refine flour baking powder pinch of salt and milk.
  • Don't add water make a smooth dough and keep aside.
  • Now make the filling. Add olive oil toss all the grated veggies.
  • Add soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar mix herbs salt.
  • Now spread dough like a chapati and bake.
  • Brush with butter and fill with veggies and roll. Serve with onion and tomato sauce.
