Mango Kesari is a delicious sweet made of suji which turned out really yummy and flavorful without any artificial colour and flavour.

Ingredients
- Mango - 1 large ripe peeled
- Suji/semolina - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup or as per preference
- Water - 1 cup
- Ghee - ½ cup
- Raisins - 2 tbsps
- Cashewnuts - 2 tbsps broken

Instructions
- Take the mango and sugar in a blender and puree smooth.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add in cashews and fry till golden. Then add raisin stir for a min and take out.
- Next add in sooji and roast it on low heat for 3 to 4 mins till it starts to get a nice aroma.
- Once it is roasted, add in water and mix well. Cook till it thickens. Now add in mango puree and mix well.
- Cook for few mins, should not dry up completely, turn off the heat and let it cool down. Scoop and serve.
- I used muffin cups to give a shape.
