Ingredients
- 20 leaves Spinach
- 2 gm Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
- 1 cup Potato boiled and grated
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 leaves Coriander finely chopped
- 2 tsp Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Instructions
- Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach.
- Heat the oil in a pan, pop the cumin, and saute ginger,green chili and onion.
- Add chopped spinach, boiled and grated potato and gram flour, mix well, keep string.
- Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mix well and turn off the gas.
- Cool the mixture, make the roll, heat the oil and fry them golden.
- Serve with green chutney or mint chutney
