  • 20 leaves Spinach
  • 2 gm Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
  • 1 cup Potato boiled and grated
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 leaves Coriander finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds


  • Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, pop the cumin, and saute ginger,green chili and onion.
  • Add chopped spinach, boiled and grated potato and gram flour, mix well, keep string.
  • Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mix well and turn off the gas.
  • Cool the mixture, make the roll, heat the oil and fry them golden.
  • Serve with green chutney or mint chutney
