Be it any happy occasion, festival or a family get together.. This super easy and tasty halwa is an apt choice.
- 1 cup sooji
- 1 cup pure ghee
- Â¾ cup sugar
- 3 cup boiled milk
- 2 elaichi
- Chopped almonds cashews as per choice
- Heat the ghee on low flame. Add the elaichi. Add the sooji. Roast till Golden brown. Add the boiled milk and sugar. Cook till milk evaporates. Garnish with almonds and cashews.
