Instructions
- Take 5-6 tablespoon of ghee in a frying pan and let it melt
- Now in the melted ghee add sugar according to the sweetness that you want and let the sugar melt in that ghee.
- Once the sugar is completely melted in the ghee add sooji soaked in milk. Stir well till the clumps are completely dissolved.
- You can add dry fruits if you like otherwise keep it the simple way and after stirring it for 5-8min your halwa will be ready.
Notes
Make sure that you soak your sooji in 2-3 cups of milk before starting up with the actual process.

This is completely a new way of making sooji ka halwa and I feel it’s innovative too. Because every time I used to put sooji first and the moment I poured milk, I stirred so hard that my hands pain after this process. Innovative method to make the basic halwa.
